I met Nikki years ago when another realtor handed me off to her. What a blessing that was! She has helped me close on three houses and I'm not done with her yet. She takes the time to get to know you and what your interests are. She knows her business very well and gently guides you away from making mistakes. In my case, it might not have been the easiest task she has ever taken on. We have become friends and I will always recommend her.

We had a very pleasant experience with our real estate transaction. Will work with Nikki again if and when the opportunity arises.

The first time we met Nikki we were pre-qualified for our mortgage and she made sure she knew for how much and what kind. She asked and listened to what was important to us in a home. She offered to look and send us suggestions. This was on her wedding anniversary! We did not know that until later that day.

The first home she suggested, we had looked at online. Honestly, we had planned to not look at it. Nikki listened to us and used her expertise to find us exactly what we wanted. This home was perfect! So glad we trusted her! She possesses a special talent!

The best part of all was that she was with us from beginning to end. From showing the home, making an offer, contacting our mortgage company to move forward with financing, answering any question or concern that came along the way, updating us on any information she received, and sat at the closing table with us.

Buying a home is very stressful at times, Nikki was always right there to do whatever it took to encourage us and explain what was next so we were not overwhelmed. She was the.center of the circle of communication between us, the sellers and their realitor, and the mortgage company. She definitely made us her priority!
