Nikki was amazing in the house selling process!! It took a little over a week for our house to be pending and Nikki was very very helpful through the entire process.

The first time we met Nikki we were pre-qualified for our mortgage and she made sure she knew for how much and what kind. She asked and listened to what was important to us in a home. She offered to look and send us suggestions. This was on her wedding anniversary! We did not know that until later that day.

The first home she suggested, we had looked at online. Honestly, we had planned to not look at it. Nikki listened to us and used her expertise to find us exactly what we wanted. This home was perfect! So glad we trusted her! She possesses a special talent!

The best part of all was that she was with us from beginning to end. From showing the home, making an offer, contacting our mortgage company to move forward with financing, answering any question or concern that came along the way, updating us on any information she received, and sat at the closing table with us.

Buying a home is very stressful at times, Nikki was always right there to do whatever it took to encourage us and explain what was next so we were not overwhelmed.
