Daniel worked very very hard on selling my property,made good suggestions on what we should do.He followed up on showing from other realtors,keep me well informed all the time.Daniel was there when I signed the paper work I was not going to be at the closing , Daniel went to the closing after hours as the buyers were running late did not show until 7Pm..He went above and beyond to insure we closed, I feel Daniel will do a great job for anyone that uses him
