Taylor worked hard and was always available. He would talk me through the steps and encourage me. I was always aware and educated of each step and the progress that was being made. I would definitely recommend Taylor and his team to anybody!!

Let me start off by saying that I am upset that I do not have the option to leave a 10 STAR ?? rating for Taylor and his team.!! When I say they work hard for their clients I mean that and they will fight for you to the end exploring every option to get you approve if you meet the requirements. My homebuyer journey has been a very tricky process and I knew from the beginning that it would be considering that I am an entrepreneur with a business that doesn’t require much expenses but does well. I have gone through several lenders to try to get approve and NONE of them was up for the challenge or showed passion in going that extra mile for me other than TAYLOR. Taylor is very optimistic and confident in what he does and he has every reason to be, the him knows his stuff.! Although I knew his schedule was very busy he made me feeling like I was his only client and that’s very rare to find. His communication with me was top notch and his team got things done diligently. I NEVER had to wonder what the next steps were as soon as he knew he would phone or text me the information. He would answer all my calls or if he couldn’t get to me then he would always get to me by the end of the workday. I worked with previous lenders and I would email/text and wouldn’t get a response back until 1or 2 weeks later and I had 0 peace with that. Taylor is a very rare breed. Taylor came recommended to me at just a couple weeks before my closing and him and team still made it happen. It was not an easy case but I am now a 1st time home buyer and overjoyed.!! He did not give up on me even when the road was looking very tough he kept saying Marcia I think we are good and just those words helped me trust in his ability to get it done. I truly believed that God sent this mortgage company to me/Taylor specifically and I am beyond grateful and looking forward to being apart of one of the best teams in the game, Open Mortgage team. Words truly can’t explain what they did for me but I would recommend them to any one.!!
