Denisa was/is an amazing realtor. She made every single step of selling our home a breeze and stress free. Even when our house sat on the market, she kept working and encouraging us. She never pushed us or tried to rush us through the process. She also helped us avoid accepting offers that were not beneficial.

For buying, she was the same way: encouraging and patient. She gave us real and honest feedback on the homes we toured, often pointing out things that we could have easily overlooked. Even when we were questioning our offer, she was willing to do whatever we wanted.

During the closing period, she was efficient, professional, and coordinated well with everyone involved in the process. She kept things streamlined and simple for us, often taking time to explain things when others wouldn't.

From the first meeting to the closing it was beyond a pleasure to work with Denisa as well as her partner Cyndi Tataru. After the inspection came in they reached out to find someone to give an expert opinion regarding the crawl space and they met the contractor there with me. They were very knowledgeable in regards to the right questions to ask to make sure my concerns were addressed. The questions I may not have asked or thought of during this overwhelming process. Especially with my husband working in another state and not being here during the process at all until closing. You truly feel like family when you’re working with this team. I highly recommend. I bought a house in Tennessee while I was living in Florida.
Buying a house is stressful enough, but buying one from out of state is almost unboreable.
A friend of mine recommended Denise so I went out on a limb and decided to try her.
I can tell you that was the best decision I have ever made.
I would look at houses and send her the address. If not that same day, the next day she would go out and video the whole house and she would actually point everything she thought would be an issue.
We finally found the perfect house for me and Denisa was there every step of the way.
I closed on my house a week ago, and she is still reaching out to me and making sure I am happy and things are going good.
I would highly recommend Denisa to anyone because she goes out of her way to make sure her clients are happy and she really loves what she does. You can see that in the work that she does.

We meet Denisa a year ago August. She spent time showing us around and Denisa set us up with emails of houses that fit what we were looking for. When a house came up she spent the time to go look at it in person and send video of the house. It took us a year to find the perfect house and we just closed escrow on our dream home. Denisa also was with us every step of the way. With the time difference there were nights we were communicating at midnight.
