Amie listed my flip property on a Thursday and by the following Sunday the home was under contract! The seller wanted a 45 day close and Amie suggested I ask for a higher earnest money deposit, which I did. The entire transaction went smoothly and she communicated with me throughout the process. We found a local bank that gave us a loan with satisfactory terms and we were able to close the transaction promptly afterwards.
