Chance found several homes that would meet our needs. She arranged for viewings of five properties in one afternoon including one that was not on the market. She coordinated with the owner and me on various issues with prompt resolutions. We had one major contingency with getting a HELOC on our home. We found a local bank that gave us a loan with satisfactory terms and we were able to close the transaction promptly afterwards.
I highly recommend Chance. As an aside, Chance was recommended by my daughter-in-law who taught Chance in high school and spoke highly of Chance as a student.

There are so many crazy things that can happen when buying or selling a house, but with Chance, we knew we were in the best hands.
