Elaine communicates well and the fact that’s she’s an attorney put me at ease when it came to verifying all documents were in order. The transaction went smoothly and we closed the sale of my house in 30 days after accepting an offer. She also helped me buy a new house and she negotiated a 2/1 buy down for us and closing cost credits. I don’t know how she did it but her negotiation skills are top tier. I will definitely work with her again soon with my next investment property.
