Paige is amazing and she will always be the realtor we use for our real estate needs! Nothing I write here could possibly show how invaluable she was during this entire process. She is knowledgeable, responsive, kind, understanding, humble and hardworking. I hired her after parting ways with another realtor. The day we decided to move forward, she was already working. She helped us start our search even before we moved to our new location and served as our eyes and ears in our desired location. Once we narrowed down our search, Paige skillfully kept the process moving. When we hit a bump in the road (and we hit quite a few), she wasn’t afraid to reach out to the lender, loan officer, contractor, inspector, seller/seller’s realtor, and title company. What I appreciated the most about Paige was being able to utilize her as a sounding board. She’d listen to my concerns and then she’d give me her opinion on the best way forward. She let me be in the driver seat but didn’t let me crash the car. Even when I felt I was asking for too much, she’d advocate for more. I felt that she had my (and my family’s) best interest in mind. In the end, she shepherded us into a property that my entire family fell in love with that can be both owner occupied and used to generate income. Paige is an Amazing realtor. She showed the houses we found and sent us houses she found. When I found the perfect house for me she went above and beyond for me. She told me of buyer programs that my lender hadn’t mentioned to me and find the cheapest rate for insurance. Paige kept me up with things going on with the process. She helped me with every step in between. She was there from start of the process to finish. I can’t say enough great thing about her.
