Where to begin! Carlotta sold my parents their home 29 years ago when I was only 1 year old, so it was so fun to work with her on my own as an adult. We sold and purchased at the same time which was a lot at once, but Carlotta made the process as easy as possible. We sold our house in less than a day and were in our new home within 3 weeks. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and has a great sense of humor, you could not go wrong with her as your realtor.
