Where to begin! Carlotta sold my parents their home 29 years ago when I was only 1 year old, so it was so fun to work with her on my own as an adult. We sold and purchased at the same time which was a lot at once, but Carlotta made the process as easy as possible. We sold our house in less than a day and were in our new home within 3 weeks. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and has a great sense of humor, you could not go wrong with her as your realtor.

She was personally involved in the sale of my mother’s mobile home at MCC from the very beginning with suggestions of how to best present the home as well as needed preparations or reparations. The home sold a lot quicker than I thought it would due to her due diligence. I had to be out of town for a while and wouldn’t you know certain things needed to be done for the sale to complete. Sharlene is a wonderful woman. She has a great personality and not only did she treat my family wonderfully. She made sure we were comfortable with selling our house and what the market looked like in the neighborhood.
