Andrea was amazing! She was with us every step of the way and made sure we knew what was happening! She was an attentive listener and did not try to tell us what we wanted. We told her what we were looking for and she did a great job of finding it! She made sure we know right away that she would be available at any time if we have questions or needed her help! Andrea is outstanding! I had just moved to this region and found I needed to move quickly to secure a home in this market. Andrea was a great person to work with. We had no idea what we were really doing and she helped us every step of the way. Any and every question wehad, she would answer. It did not matter what time we contacted her, she was always available to help us understand something. She always gave us an honest opinion on if we could afford it on our budget and she did the research for us when it came to the offers being put in. She was really patient with us looking on and off for about a year or so. 100% recommend working with Andrea!

What a time to start the home buying process for the first time! As a first-time home buyer I knew the basics but that was it! I am more than grateful forAndrea and her knowledge and support through the entire process, especially in this insane housing market! From the very beginning, Andrea was patient, taking the time to explain the process, ways to succeed, as well as being completely transparent about the possibility of having to put offers in on multiple houses before an offer was accepted simply due to the hot sellers market we are currently in! She offered her opinion when I asked and was a wonderful resource. After seeing several properties and a few offers later, we finally found one. I am happy to say we just closed on our first home, and could not have done it without Andrea! I will definitely reach out and utilize Andrea for any future needs, and I will be recommending her to all my friends and family!
