What can I say- Kristina was phenomenal start to finish. We saw our dream house, and she took a personal and vested interest in making it happen for us! When one loan officer couldn’t get the numbers to work, she found another who could. I can genuinely say we wouldn’t be sitting in our new beautiful house if it hadn’t been for Kristina, every step of the way. She made the scariest purchase of our lives feel doable and easy and had advice at every turn. We love her!!! I can’t recommend enough!

Joe was a gem from the beginning. Everyone warned me about utilizing a randomly assigned realtor off the internet and not shopping around to get the perfect agent. However, they were very wrong when it came to Joe. The houses I was looking at were 55-65 miles outside of Denver and he gladly made multiple trips to help me out. He was very educated, answered all of my questions with his honest opinion and worked diligently to get myself into my new place as quickly as possible. There were no hiccups and now I’m enjoying the view from my back porch, thanks Joe!

I Would highly recommend Joe as anyone’s new realtor. He’s definitely a people person and down to earth with his clients and as professional as they come. He will walk you through, step by step, anything you ask or are unsure about. We just closed on our house thanks to Joe! We were on the same page about everything throughout the whole process . We knew selling our house from another state was going to be stressful but we also knew we were in good hands . Due to my husband and I being military we had to move before selling , and with that small things popped up that needed to get done at the house after we already left . Joe made sure it all got done and he even did some installing, painting, etc. I don’t think the process could’ve gone any smoother and we will already recommend Joe from NextHome to our friends in Colorado .
