Stacy Blume is the consummate professional. Not only is she my agent, but we consider her a family friend. She is a very effective communicator and was on top of her game during our most recent transaction. The buyer of our property was without a doubt, the most unpleasant, nitpicky, difficult, buyer I have ever come across during a real estate transaction in which I have been directly involved. Throughout the process, Stacy maintained her cool and when the buyer finally pushed too far, Stacy put her foot down and professionally conveyed that we would not be giving in further(after talking with my wife and I) and she did it in a way in which the buyers realized that they had indeed overstepped. Stacy was aware of our wishes the entire time because we were never out of the loop. If you would like someone who puts your needs first as a realtor, then Stacy Blume is the realtor for you
