If anyone ask me for a recommendation for a realtor, I would definitely recommend Amanda Francis. Amanda was great through the whole selling process. She explained everything and told me of my choices and assisted with her recommendations and why.
Amanda goes above and beyond her role of a realtor. I have two bad knees and had a difficult time moving boxed items out. Amanda took time between meetings and clients to come and assist me move items out of the house. She also assisted when unexpected surprises surfaced during the deal. Even after the sale Amanda continued to follow up to determine how things were going. I can’t say enough about Amanda other than she is top-notch in her niche. Amanda is honest, caring and devoted to her clients. And does what it takes to get the job done no matter what it takes. Her results leave her clients 100% + happy regarding the whole experience.
