We met Shela at an open house while we were seeing homes to get an idea of what we want in a home and where we stand in the market. She approached us and was very professional and upbeat. We hit it off with our relationship immediately, and for my fiancee and I, that rapport was important when it comes to which realtor we wanted to work with. First off I want to say that Shela is a fireball! Full of enthusiasm and has a magnetic personality! She's very helpful and we gave her a deadline & she fulfilled it! Shela Poblete was instrumental in helping me purchase my first home. It was late in the afternoon when I decided to put an offer in on a house, so Shela worked late into the evening to get my offer submitted that night. Due to Shela’s hard work, it was the first offer the buyer received and luckily it was accepted quickly! Since this was my first home purchase, I had lots of questions during the entire transaction. Shela was aways very patient and available day or night to answer my questions. After the closing, Shela was still available to help. She even hired a cleaning service to do a “deep clean” of the house for me! I highly recommend Shela and believe that she can help you find your perfect home too!
