Working with Joe was a great experience. You can tell that he has a great deal of experience and knowledge. He is very punctual and answered every text or call within two minuets. He has the heart of a teacher and was willing to explain processes, paperwork, and lending issues so that we could fully understand how to move forward. He is a solid communicator and posses a great deal of tact when negotiating. He assisted us in selling our house, as well as, buying our new home. It was a complicated situation which Joe stepped in and took charge. Without his help we would not have been successful. I would recommend him to anyone and moving forward I will only use him as a relator.

Joe was a gem from the beginning. Everyone warned me about utilizing a randomly assigned realtor off the internet and not shopping around to get the perfect agent. However, they were very wrong when it came to Joe. The houses I was looking at were 55-65 miles outside of Denver and he gladly made multiple trips to help me out. He was very educated, answered all of my questions with his honest opinion and worked diligently to get myself into my new place as quickly as possible. There were no hiccups and now I’m enjoying the view from my back porch, thanks Joe!
