If I could give this lovely lady 10 stars I would. She went above and beyond for me during this entire process. She made herself available all hours of the day to answer any questions or concerns I had. She explained everything to me to make sure that I understood all of the details about the process. As a first time home buyer I was very grateful for that. Amelia will definitely be the agent I call for all my real estate needs. She didnt become just my agent. She became my friend.

If I could give Mrs. Nesseth 10 stars, I would. She was absolutely amazing! I have been through the real estate process a few times, and I can say that she is, by far, the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Amelia is kind, thorough, and was always prompt in getting back to me when I had questions. She went above and beyond to help us find a great lender, and other vendors for the appraisal, inspection, etc. The day of closing, we had a huge hiccup, and she brought us through it like a champ, even showing up at our old house to help us pack and load our moving truck. I cannot say enough good things about Amelia. We have become like family through the whole thing, and I can confidently say you will not be disappointed with her or anyone from Next Home. They are a fantastic company. I highly recommend!!
