Tommy was chosen to sell my house and let me tell you this was the easiest sale I have ever done. I am in sales and Customer service for a living and he exceeded my expectations. He answered all questions in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable as well as patient. We’ve been working with Tommy for years, we had numerous properties over the last few years we were interested in. For some reason or another the stars didn’t align. (Wetland issues, etc) during the entire process, Tommy stayed patient and had our best interest in mind at all times. Tommy Despard was my realtor for 3 properties. He sold them all very quickly. One I thought would never sell as it needed tons of work, but he did it and at a price I didn’t expect at all.
