There were few glitches on the part of the buyer of our house and Mo kept hounding the necessary people to keep the sale going. She genuinely cared about us and doing what’s best for us. We’ve been working with Tommy for years, we had numerous properties over the last few years we were interested in. For some reason or another the stars didn’t align. (Wetland issues, etc) during the entire process, Tommy stayed patient and had our best interest in mind at all times. If you’re looking for an agent that isn’t just worried about a commission check and truly has YOUR best interest in mind I would 10/10 recommend using Tommy. Tommy Despard was my realtor for 3 properties. He sold them all very quickly. One I thought would never sell as it needed tons of work, but he did it and at a price I didn’t expect at all.
