I could write a book about how great Gary is. I will try to keep it short. Gary not only becomes your agent but also becomes your friend. He cares about helping you find the home you want and selling the home you have. He did both for my wife and I. He never pushes you on anything. He listens and gives advice to best meet your needs. He will help you with what you need too. We had trouble with the county on selling our family house we had for 50 years. He went with me to the hearing at the Pasco county board of county commissioners and we waited over a half of the day there and there were many other obstacle to take care of. Gary helped with everything and we were able to sell the house and sold it quick too. Gary is a fantastic agent and a Great person. He is very knowledgeable about this area and his profession.
