Jill made the home-buying process fun and easy. This was my wife and I's first timing buying a home and we had no idea what we were doing at first. Jill was always willing to explain and even re-explain as needed throughout the entire process. Her wonderful attitude and willingness to help are unmatched. Jill really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us come up with a game plan to make it happen! I can not recommend Jill enough. She is an amazing human and Realtor!

For quite a while, I had been thinking about "upgrading" to a new home in Raleigh. I was apprehensive to start my search though given all the crazy stories I had heard about Triangle real estate market. I knew I would need to find the right Realtor to help me navigate the wild Raleigh market. Fortunately, I found Jill!

I was in no rush to purchase a new home and sell my old one. I wanted to make sure I found the right home for me. During my search, Jill was always very responsive to my questions and quickly scheduling showings. It was a pleasure to tour several homes in the area with Jill. All the while, I learned a lot about real estate and the Triangle market from Jill!

After a couple of months, I found the "right one" for me but it was not at the "right price" at first. Thanks to Jill's negotiation skills, she was able to get me in that "right one" at the "right price" for me. I was actually able get a great home in the perfect location for me at under asking! I could not have done that without Jill Mertens!
