We had a very complicated closing with a buyer from out of the country. Hilary was able to navigate all the different requirements, followed up when the buyer's realtor did not, and kept us well-informed throughout the process. She is conscientious, diligent, and a tireless worker. We have used her several times and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Hilary helped my (now) husband purchase his first home that eventually become our first home. She then helped us again as we worked to transition to our next home, which we have now purchased and love. She was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our proposals and due diligence, and she made herself available on nights and weekends when we had important situations to discuss. Hilary also knows so many other contacts in the business for any other needs (lawyers, inspectors, contractors, plumbers, chimney, etc.). We will absolutely continue to work with Hilary wherever possible!

Hilary was exceptionally professional and very well-versed, particularly in selling an older home. She was always responsive and communicated appropriately throughout the process never hesitating to answer our (many) questions. I would highly recommend her to help in the sale of your home.
