Stephanie is a wonderful, trust worthy, and friendly person. She is a great agent because she listened to my wants and needs and showed me places that met my criteria. On the days that we went to see homes, she had a plan and organized them in order by location. This made it a lot easier and convenient. She would take me to houses in a certain location and it was time well spent. She was great in communicating with me all the details and process of my purchase. She was quick to schedule viewings, followed up with directions and timelines, and did a great job finding places that met our needs. When we moved forward in the buying process, we wanted to negotiate some changes after the J-1 inspection and appraisal, she gave great advice and talked us through things that were realistic while also respecting our choices which ultimately helped us to make the best decisions. She was able to negotiate for everything we wanted. Throughout the process she was organized and thorough, even after our sale we had some issues with some of the repairs and she quickly jumped in to help and get it resolved (which she wasn't obligated to do). I'm so grateful we had her to walk with us throughout the process!

Where do I start...we are from the mainland and have a son finishing a PhD program at the Univ of Hawaii. We needed to purchase a place and Stephanie could not have done more. We looked at many houses but by the time we left, we were not able to lock one down. She was relentless and continued to look for the "perfect" place for our family. She located our new home and made the Hawaiian home buying process as effortless as possible. After we purchased, my son arrived and Stephanie had gifts and food waiting for him after his 9 hour flight....again...amazing!!! I would use no one else but Stephanie for a home purchase on the beautiful Hawaiian Islands.

Loved working with Steph! VA loans are a PROCESS but she was communicative, friendly, and always trying to find a way for us. We are now in a home we love that we are just blown away with. Stephanie was incredible to work with. She was very easy to talk to, very responsive to all forms of communication. We had some last minute finance obstacles that came up and could have easily killed the deal for us but Stephanie stayed very calm, focused and worked very hard through all the unforeseen problems to get us into the home that we wanted in a vey short timeframe. Stephanie is very dedicated to her clients and made us feel very important through the whole process.
