Tim was absolutely amazing. It was the smoothest transaction I have had in 23 years since I bought my first house. Tim and his Team made the transaction stress free. Where do I start...we are from the mainland and have a son finishing a PhD program at the Univ of Hawaii. We needed to purchase a place and Stephanie could not have done more.
