I recently had the pleasure to work with Stephanie and her team from Kailua Beach Realty when purchasing our new home in Ewa Beach. Stephanie is beyond incredible and made this purchase possible through her creative negotiating techniques, she is truly an expert at this. She was so patient throughout the whole experience which started with us across the country doing virtual open houses whenever we showed the slightest interest in a home. Steph listened to our wants and needs and worked so hard to get us the perfect house with the perfect assumable rate mortgage. Stephanie was a huge asset in helping me buy my first home. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable on the neighborhoods I was considering, but she was also invaluable in answering all of my questions about the home buying process. She very responsive and prompt in pushing the process forward on the sellers side. Stephanie did an excellent job of helping me sell my previous home and buy my townhouse. Especially when I found the townhouse that I really wanted to purchase. She efficiently prepared the necessary documents immediately after I visited the property. I was then able to sign the contract offer the same day.

If you choose Stephanie, you can be confident that you are in good hands. She was quick to answer any and all questions (and there were a lot). She went above and beyond. She was quick to schedule viewings, followed up with directions and timelines, and did a great job finding places that met our needs. When we moved forward in the buying process, we wanted to negotiate some changes after the J-1 inspection and appraisal, she gave great advice and talked us through things that were realistic while also respecting our choices which ultimately helped us to make the best decisions. She was able to negotiate for everything we wanted. Throughout the process she was organized and thorough, even after our sale we had some issues with some of the repairs and she quickly jumped in to help and get it resolved (which she wasn't obligated to do). I'm so grateful we had her to walk with us throughout the process!

Where do I start...we are from the mainland and have a son finishing a PhD program at the Univ of Hawaii. We needed to purchase a place and Stephanie could not have done more. We looked at many houses but by the time we left, we were not able to lock one down. She was relentless and continued to look for the "perfect" place for our family. She located our new home and made the Hawaiian home buying process as effortless as possible. After we purchased, my son arrived and Stephanie had gifts and food waiting for him after his 9 hour flight....again...amazing!!! I would use no one else but Stephanie for a home purchase on the beautiful Hawaiian Islands.

Loved working with Steph! VA loans are a PROCESS but she was communicative, friendly, and always trying to find a way for us. We are now in a home we love that we are just blown away with. Everything from inspection, appraisal, and finally getting to the end line was amazing. She also was so thoughtful with her move in gifts to us. We cannot speak higher of Steph.

Stephanie was incredible to work with. She was very easy to talk to, very responsive to all forms of communication. We had some last minute finance obstacles that came up and could have easily killed the deal for us but Stephanie stayed very calm, focused and worked very hard through all the unforeseen problems to get us into the home that we wanted in a vey short timeframe. Stephanie is very dedicated to her clients and made us feel very important through the whole process. I would highly recommend Stephanie if you want a dedicated agent that will go the extra mile and fight through all obstacles to get the home that you really want.
