Adam made the process of selling and buying our home so smooth and easy. He sold our home in a weekend and we found a new home with in a week. Adam not only understood exactly what we were looking for, but he didn't waste time alerting us to and showing properties that could be a "maybe." He didn't get us involved in properties that were not in our price range or beyond the amount of reno we were interested in. He was truly committed to finding us the property that worked for us and in the right time frame.
I can't recommend Adam enough, and have already done so to a few people in my circle. Professional, direct, responsive and listens to a client's needs.

Adam did a fantastic job! He set me up with 3 houses to look at. Although none of the houses I ended up buying but it was a extremely helpful as a first time home buyer to see how the market is and see what the high side of my budget was vs my lower side. I ended up finding a house to look at that was just recently posted. Adam got me in to look at the house the very next day on a Saturday and the house was perfect for my needs! We were able to get an offer in by Monday with Adam writing a cover letter why this house is a perfect fit for me and long behold this was the exact reason that made the sellers choose me over other people that put offers in at a higher price! I'm extremely satisfied with how Adam helped me with the closing as well and was able to answer my questions with any concerns I had. Will recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a house!
