I seriously couldn’t recommend Lane enough! He went far above and beyond anyone in the real estate field to make sure that I felt like his most important client. Every time I had a problem, no matter how complicated, either he handled it for me, or had a guy to take care of it (who works closely with his team regularly). Lane was excellent throughout the process of selling my home. We set up a date for him to come to my home and when he came he already had the comps in a nice hard covered book as well as his portfolio. Lane was very professional from beginning to end. In less than 2 weeks Lane listed my home, had professional photos taken, and I received multiple offers after 3 days on the market.
