I recently participated in the down payment assistance seminar Raquel put on and it was AMAZING!!! I recommend EVERYONE take this seminar. It was broken down in a thorough way, but also a way I could understand. I heard from her, from a realtor standpoint, BMO from a lenders standpoint, and someone from a title company. Everyone that is involved in the home buying process was there to speak on their individual role in helping you get a home. I was very informed and they answered any and all questions I had. This was a 10/10 opportunity for anyone who is seriously considering buying a home and maybe don't know where to start. I walked away feeling more informed and confident moving forward in my home buying process. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
