I recently participated in the down payment assistance seminar Raquel put on and it was AMAZING!!! I recommend EVERYONE take this seminar. It was broken down in a thorough way, but also a way I could understand. I heard from her, from a realtor standpoint, BMO from a lenders standpoint, and someone from a title company.
