Britt really exceeded our expectations when it came to selling our house. We were under a time crunch, so because of that we were already very stressed. She did a fantastic job of keeping us calm and focused under pressure. She was very knowledgeable of the market, our neighborhood, and our community. Britt guided us calmly through every single step, task, and offer. She was so patient with us as we had to make a difficult decision between multiple offers that SHE helped to create.
