My wife and I have been visiting the Charleston area for the last several years and we have fell in love with the Low-Country. We dreamed of one day maybe retire and move from Michigan. After looking at a few places last year. We knew that the new developments and the HOA’s did not fit our soon to be retired lifestyle. So a couple of months ago we were walking around Summerville and decided to stop into the Next Home office. We meet Laura that day and told her about our dream.
She was very excited to help us find the perfect place. We went and looked at some houses and some land. We told her what we liked and what we didn’t. Even though we were back in Michigan she was still sending us options every day. She was even going out to properties and sending us videos of the area and land. After a couple of months not only did she find us land she hooked us up with a builder. Her hard work made our dream a reality. We will be moving to South Carolina next spring. We would have never been able to do it if it wasn’t for her and her relentless work effort. She is still guiding through the process every step of the way. I am very thankful for all of her hard work.

Andrew assisted me with the sale of my townhome in SC. He went well above and beyond what was required of him as a realtor. I had to move back to CT and he seamlessly handled all showings, and open houses. He also changed batteries when needed, turned off lights other agents left on, and communicated very well. He is a professional in the low country real estate market and I would highly recommend him to anyone coming into or moving out of the area.
