I can’t recommend Laurie enough! Land purchases can be challenging, but she made the whole process feel like a breeze.
From her first contact with the seller, she made sure our interests were her priority. She’s incredibly thorough and she caught things I never would have thought to ask about.
She stayed on top of everything all the way to closing, keeping me in the loop, so I never had to wonder what was going on. 10/10 would recommend!

Christina, was a really great with helping me close on my property. Very professional and knowledgeable. If I were to buy land again, I would use her.
How do I start? Christina went above and beyond what anyone should expect their real-estate agent to do for a client. She sold our home in North Charleston while we were stationed overseas in the United Kingdom. We couldn't be there to help with anything, but she got the job done. This is the second time we've used her (once to purchase, and once to sell) Her communication was constant and clear through the entire process, her attention to detail and knowledge of the area and contractor/handy man connections were unbeatable. If we ever buy or sell a home again in the area we will 100% be using her. She's a rockstar.

Lisa Maynor was our realtor through our first home buying process, and I don't even know where to begin. She was beyond helpful through the whole process.
