Zach Qunell

Zach was awesome from start to finish. He sat us down and set clear expectations based on the market, comps, and the timeline we had for our new build. He under promised and 100% over delivered. Zach had a home we expected to sit 60-90 days; under contract in less than 24hrs, and closed on in just about a month.

It was truly a blessing to work with Zach. He was kind and professional throughout our time looking for and finding a home. He was always accessible and followed through with any questions and requests I had. I am very appreciative of how hard he worked while looking out for me and my housing needs. I have closed on and moved into my new home and I love it! I am grateful and thankful for Zach!
