Chadwick did a great job in finding a condo for me in Winston Salem. As I do not live in town he went and previewed all of the condos I was interested in so that I did not have to make multiple trips to town. He was very professional and handled the work with the seller's agent and attorney wonderfully. It was a very easy negotiation and closing process without any drama. This is the third time that I have used Chadwick to either buy or sale a condo for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house or condo in the Winston-Salem, NC area.

His knowledge of available homes, but also what to expect for first time home buyers, like how much it would cost to maintain each home and how to craft the most compelling offer was a great value add while navigating the process. Following the offer process, he was on top of everything to make sure our inspection and requests went smoothly and often in our favor.
