My wife and I had listed our house in NC and moved out of state. We needed someone to keep an eye on it and sell it as fast as possible. Zach not only checked in on the house at least once a week, but also managed co-ordination of a contractor to handle some upgrades we wanted done. He handled social media marketing for the house and stayed in pursuit of prospective buyers that saw the house. When we went under contract he was very upfront and honest about things the buyer asked for and what we needed to do and stood up for us to help get the sale done with our best interests in mind.

Amy did outstanding!! This was my first time buying a home and everything was explained so thoroughly and I understood every single step !! Chadwick did a great job in finding a condo for me in Winston Salem. As I do not live in town he went and previewed all of the condos I was interested in so that I did not have to make multiple trips to town. He was very professional and handled the work with the seller's agent and attorney wonderfully. It was a very easy negotiation and closing process without any drama. This is the third time that I have used Chadwick to either buy or sale a condo for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house or condo in the Winston-Salem, NC area.

We made offers and counter offers and deposits trying to get the right property. The Doc-U-Sign paperwork was prompt and spot on with every deal. We finally settled on a property and her ability to work with the other realtor was seamless. House inspections, Radon Inspection, Water and Air Quality Inspections and Reports, Structural and Foundation Reports were instrumental in our final decision to purchase this last property. Chadwick was the perfect choice for a realtor when it came to recently purchasing our first home. He took what we wanted in a home and found us the one on the first night we went out touring. His knowledge of available homes, but also what to expect for first time home buyers, like how much it would cost to maintain each home and how to craft the most compelling offer was a great value add while navigating the process. Following the offer process, he was on top of everything to make sure our inspection and requests went smoothly and often in our favor. We expect to be in the home he found us for many years, but when it comes time for the next house, Chadwick will be our first call and our recommendation for anyone else beginning the process.
