Robyn Hogan is hands down the best realtor ever. The first of this year, she was my realtor in selling my home in Winston Salem, NC after my husband passed suddenly. She was so caring and compassionate about my situation. She is very knowledgeable about the process from the beginning to the end. My house went on the market and I had a bid in less than 24 hours and took it. I then started looking for a home that my son, daughter-in-law and I were going to purchase in Stokes County. Once again, she was amazing through the process of looking at a lot of houses, putting in 2 bids and with her guidance, got an inspection on the second one finding more problems than we wanted to deal with and backed out of that one. Thank goodness we did because, with Robyn's help, we found our dream home that checked all the boxes.

As we recently moved to North Carolina and not having a complete grasp on the real estate market along with the closing process, Kati walked us through the process and explained the small details which some people overlook. Kati is the best. We recently moved to North Carolina from California so we were like fish out of water. Kati not only helped us with our home search, but she is very kind and helpful with many things such as recommendations for services, restaurants and information about the area. I truly don't feel like I can adequately describe what a great experience we had with Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate and our INCREDIBLE agent Kati Lawrence. As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect and felt nervous beginning the process. From start to finish, Kati made the process so easy. Kati always responded quickly to our dozens of questions and never made us feel silly for asking them. Within 48 hours of knowing Kati, we knew we could fully trust her to act in our best interest and provide us with the best outcome possible. My wife and I had listed our house in NC and moved out of state. We needed someone to keep an eye on it and sell it as fast as possible. Zach not only checked in on the house at least once a week, but also managed co-ordination of a contractor to handle some upgrades we wanted done. He handled social media marketing for the house and stayed in pursuit of prospective buyers that saw the house. When we went under contract he was very upfront and honest about things the buyer asked for and what we needed to do and stood up for us to help get the sale done with our best interests in mind.
