I truly don't feel like I can adequately describe what a great experience we had with Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate and our INCREDIBLE agent Kati Lawrence. As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect and felt nervous beginning the process. From start to finish, Kati made the process so easy. Kati was an absolute pleasure to work with from both a personal and a professional perspective. She is friendly, personable, knowledgable about the area and took care of setting up all the required appointments the home inspector, pest inspection, etc. Worked with my mortgage broker to ensure everything was provided for what was a rather quick closing.
