Amazing! There is no better way to describe Amy and the level of support she gave us during our relocation to the area. Moving into the area, we had heard and seen several horror stories of how difficult the market was and some of the tough choices some made just to secure a home. Amy immediately assuaged our fears and counseled us to follow a tried and true path to secure a home. She was incredibly patient and thoughtful in every step. Our children were with us on most house viewings and she went the extra mile to help us keep them engaged in the process. As we encountered challenges along the way, she readily had solutions. I can not even begin to say enough good things about Amy. She is so easy to talk to and very personable. She made our selling process easy even when it seemed everything that could have gone wrong, did. She helped us know exactly what to do before listing and walked us through the process every step of the way. We had a refrigerator leak through to the basement while we were already under contract and Amy kept calm the whole time while working through the kinks. She knew exactly what questions I needed to ask insurance and what information was needed to continue the process. She even called the different agents herself to make sure we were all on the same page. Not only did she work with us, she worked diligently with the buyers and the buyers agent to make sure it was as smooth as possible for them as well.
