Liz did an excellent job in handling all aspects of the sale of my Mother's home. Since I do not live in town, almost all of our correspondence were handled over the phone, email, and text. She was very prompt in her responses and kept me up to date throughout the home selling process. She had great advice on how to position the home for sale and basically handled the entire process including coordinating the staging of the home, researching cleaning services, handling all home tours and offers and even helping me find a snow removal service while the home was up for sale. I was looking for a quick sale and Liz delivered within 3 days of the home going on the market with multiple offers resulting in the accepted offer above the asking price.
