The Mills team were in constant contact with me in assisting in the home buying process step by step. I was fortunate to have found a team that made my selecting and purchasing a new home a great experience.

I worked with Nina Howell and my experience was phenomenal! I was selling an older home and thought the experience would be extremely difficult but she took care of everything. We would like to recognize Kellie England and Debra Rasnick for their outstanding guidance and support during the recent purchase of our house in Holly Hill, SC. Kellie understood what we were looking for in a home and used her wealth of knowledge and experience to find the perfect match for us.
We relocated from CT, so we went through the home buying process remotely. Kellie would either record detailed videos or Live Message us. There was always an open line of communication and no questions went unanswered.
Debra was a crucial asset as the closing approached. Her ability handle the multitude of different tasks involved was indispensable. She, too, was easily accessible and responsive.

My agent from the Mills team was amazing. She truly went above and beyond to help us find a great home before school starts (which was the deadline I made). She was patient, humble, and impressionable. She handled everything on my behalf for the seller and my lender. My agent was a bit new but she never gave me false confidence. If an issue arose and she didn’t know the best way to handle it she didn’t hesitate to reach out to her team members. Overall my experience was amazing and smooth! When there was a hiccup in the process they informed me and resolved it right away

Kellie England was amazing!! Professional at all times, kind, respectful, and diligent. She went beyond the call of duty to make it easier to purchase a home in Summerville while still living in MA. She was right on top of things and always advocated for me. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed!
