SO INCREDIBLY THANKFUL!!! After an entire year with a different agent dropping the ball on our property, lying to us & unsuccessfully selling our house, we found Tim. He was thoughtful, supportive, determined & incredibly helpful with all of our needs. Especially with us living our of state, it is a big risk having somebody drive the train of selling and caring for your house. Tim stepped up gladly and managed to sell our house less than 3 months after getting the listing, even though it was in the slowest time of the year and in a tough economy!!! Wish we had known him initially -- would have saved us about $30k in mortgage costs, plus we likely would have made a lot more profit since it was intake listed during a better "seller's market" period. If we are ever in the market for a property in Oregon or Washington again, he will absolutely be our first call!
