Raylene Lewis is definitely the best at what she does, she knows the real estate market in bcs , takes her clients needs and wants and finds exactly what they want no matter how long it takes she has a super keen eye on craftsmanship and quality and takes your budget inconsideration of the various properties available. And she is quick to notify you of new listings in your buy box …… we looked for several months to find the right property and she delivered….

Raylene was recommended to us by a friend and thankfully we listened to him. We needed to find housing for our son while he attended Texas A&M to get his doctorate degree. Raylene understood our budget and what we were looking for. We live in Ohio so once we arrive BCS Raylene had homes and condos line-up ready look at. After a day and a half of looking she put on the perfect house the checked marked all the boxes. 5 years later in 2025, when it was time to sell and move on Raylene had the house sold in 5 days. Best and easiest discission we ever made.

Their knowledge of the area in terms of rental, investment and personal residence (including new builds) was untouchable to my past experiences with other companies.
They educate you as you move through the process to make sure you are aware of charges that are unique to a specific property and often overlooked.
Their experience shines when showing properties and pointing out areas of consideration both positive and negative based on CLIENT needs and wants. Especially when needs and wants don't necessarily co-inside. .
Their main objective is NOT to sell you a property and move on to the next client, but rather the complete opposite. They take their time to listen to the clients specific needs and situation.
Thus making relevant suggestions or pointing out considerations that clients may/may NOT of thought of. I am not a first time buyer and they went FAR beyond all expectations!! I have already highly recommended them to all those looking to find their new home.
