Laura Baldwin

We have known Laura for many years. She worked with us for many months (a lot of patience and effort), before we found the house we are still living in a decade plus later (it's the perfect family home for us). Over the past few years, we have periodically asked for help looking for additional residential properties. Laura put forth the same hard work into each search, even though we didn't decide to buy. Recently, we gave her some very specific/narrow parameters for an investment property. She found and showed us multiple listing over several months. Once we found something that interested us, Laura focused on finding out everything she could about the property to ensure it was what we wanted. She went back and forth with the seller's agent, HOA, and lender. Laura's expertise and knowledge were such an immense help; repairs were made, credit from seller, closing was on our schedule. She also was with us every step of the way, and made sure everything was completed with the title company at final signing. Laura makes things happen! We are so happy with the property she found for us, and are looking forward to the next one.
