I don't write many reviews but I felt that Rose and Team Avelos deserved one for everything they've done for my wife and I. What can I say about Rose and Team Avelos except that they are awesome! They were honestly a blessing in disguise. My wife and I were truly blessed to have found them. Not only did we find an excellent realtor, we also found a true friend as well. Rose went above and beyond to help my wife and I sell our home.
Going into this, my wife and I had no clue what we were getting into. Just based on a general consensus of what we've heard from other people, we had a feeling that it would take time and patience. She made the process so smooth that we couldn't believe selling a home was this easy. Anytime we had a question or felt the need to talk to her, she was quick to reply via text or over the phone. No matter the situation, whether she was working or not, she always managed to make herself available within minutes via text or over the phone. We always knew she would get back to us instantly or within a matter of minutes. That's what my wife and I loved about them the most. There was not a single question we had that they couldn't answer or take care of. Rose made sure it went as smooth as possible and that we were comfortable with any and all decisions that were made. They're as professional and friendly as it gets.
Once we start looking for another home, there's no doubt in our minds that we're going straight back to Rose and Team Avelos. There aren't enough words to describe how grateful we are to them. They're friendly, honest and will tell you how it is. We've already recommended them and will continue to recommend them for anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. I am so glad that Carlos and Rose were my agents. They are just amazing!

I wasn't living in the area, and the property had numerous problems that needed to be fixed before it could be sold. Carlos and Rose went above and beyond to help me to solve every one of the issues without my presence and it only took 1 month from start to get funded!

They are also excellent communicators / negotiators, they are always there to guide me through every decision, keep me up to date with the status, and remind me about things that needed to be signed to make sure we were on schedule. =)

Carlos and his team are amazing!! After working with another realtor, we didn’t feel we were being taken care of or appreciated as customers. I contacted Carlos in May and immediately I felt he was the right choice for us. When we first started working with him, he made us a promise. He assured me that he would not stop until he found a home for me and my family, he was determined to get us to Escrow. Well, he sure kept his promise, we just closed on our beautiful Castaic home, and we couldn’t be happier. Carlos walked us through the whole process, he negotiated on our behalf making sure we were getting the best deal. At a time of loss the death of a child. It’s is almost impossible to think about all it takes to set a home and prepare a loved ones private space so it is a true home of love and life and all the family amenities you want to pass on through your property and everything it takes to follow through. You want people who understand and have a good experience! Ours was a great experience!

Team Avalos was extremely sensitive and consummately professional at every level of every detail. Impeccable service and extremely focused on both seller and buyer and all the legal, financial and utilities and support it takes for homes to become a new home for a new family new owners.They are an extraordinary team. Carlos and team were amazing to work with ! Carlos came in with clear years of experience. Helped us manage what updates we should do to help the house sell faster . He assisted heavily on maintaining deadlines with the contractors and took so much pressure off of us . After the remodel he took over everything and got the house sold within days and escrowed closed in 23 days ! Extremely professional and took over so much of the stress and worry on selling the house.
We are so happy with his work ethic and standards . The little details mattered and it made the whole process smooth and easy.

He never pressured me into buying something I did not want but was willing to help and wait until I found the home that fit my situation the best. Rose is the best! she helped my wife and i purchase our first home which was a short-sale. She was more than patient with us, always answered our questions, and always made sure that everything was for our best interest. Being that short sales are very complicated, Rose never gave up and kept pushing until it came to receiving our keys. I will definitely recommend her, especially first time buyers because Rose has the patience to deal with the million question's you'll have :)

Carlos Helped my wife and i find our first home. he is professional, curteous, and is always willing to help with any questions. Carlos was very helpful in guiding us through the negotitation process, making sure that we were going to get a home in the price we could afford. Since our home was a short-sale it was a roller coaster of an experience, but Carlos always helped ease the crazyness, and never gave up fighting for us until we got the deal we were promised. As a matter of fact, he even had to assist the selling agent in the process because the selling agent was not too familiar with short sales. Thank you for being patient with us, and not giving up. i would recommend him, especially if you are a first time home buyer. you want to make sure you have an agent like Carlos to guide and explain to you the process.
