I don’t even know where to start. That is basically what I told Cory when I wanted to start looking at homes. I’m a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing. Cory fixed that. He was absolutely amazing and walked me through every step of the process. The first time we looked was several years ago and didn’t get approved for much but Cory still found us options. Even though we didn’t take any of those back then, they just weren’t right, we tried again now and now we own a home. I messaged Cory at 7pm on the day before New Year’s Eve, that I was interested in looking at a home, and he had an appointment made for that night to go see it the next day. We had an offer in 2 days later; it would have been the next day but the lenders were closed for new years. Cory walked me through the whole process seamlessly and made sure all of our needs were met.
