The very first time Shane Cabrera came to meet us at the property we were preparing to sell, he impressed us with his outgoing personality, his professionalism and his knowledge of the real estate industry as a whole. After speaking with a number of other agents, we knew immediately that he was the person we wanted to represent us and our property.
Although we began our adventure to sell our home at a challenging time for selling due to high interest rates and a lacking of consumer confidence we forged ahead anyway. At times I was worried that our timing was all wrong, but even with the odds stacked against us in a sellers market, Mr. Cabrera was able to sell our home for over the current asking price. I was amazed and so, so pleased. Overall, our experience with Shane was positive all the way. A wonderful agent and even more importantly, a wonderful friendly person. Highly recommend!

From start to finish Shane made the home buying process absolutely seamless. As first time home buyers we were hesitant to jump in with both feet but after our first phone call with Shane we knew that we had nothing to fear. Shane is transparent, super personable and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether it was laying out the details of the next step or finding us an epoxy guy, Shane had the answer and the connection. While we did not end up buying a new build, we had the upmost pleasure of viewing a new community with Shane. Anyone would love seeing million dollar homes but the focal point of this trip was seeing Shane in action. He was not afraid of grinding it out for the number his client wanted. It was clear that understood the fine art of a negotiation. Shane is the best!! 100000% recommend.
