Our family has worked with Goly Apgar for almost 5 years. When we initially decided to purchase a home in College Station for our son and his roommates, Goly was attentive to what we wanted and found numerous options for us to consider. She made the purchase simple and easy to navigate as we live in another city. She provided leases and lease information for us and our renters for the duration of owning the home. Goly did such a great job on selling our home in Pebble Creek. Even though the house was on the market for a few months, she made sure it stayed promoted by retaking photos, having a drone shot showing location of house and surrounding area, opening up house to realtors for tour, and advertising using a beautiful professional brochure. And all the while she was readily available to answer our many questions with a positive, patient attitude. We could not be more pleased with outcome of the sale. Thank you, Goly.
