Kirk Kennedy

Kirk helped me tremendously with the recent purchase of my new home and I hope he will be able to help me with the sale of my current home (which he helped purchase a few years ago).

At this point, I consider Kirk more of a friend than a real estate agent and will recommend him to any of my friends.

Kirk Kennedy was endlessly patient with us while we sought a needle in haystack. Everyone knows that the market has been tough for buyers, but Kirk helped us to find a property in our target location that has all promise of the Maine dream we were chasing. His savvy and efficiency were indispensable while we navigated contracts and a closing that was not without its surprises. My husband and I were grateful to work with Kirk Kennedy, a true gentleman realtor.
