Having Kat on our side during the build and purchase of our new home was such a good decision. She represented us so well. She was quick to respond and help with every step of the process. Along with talking me off the ledge when things got stressful with the paperwork. She was right there by our side supporting and helping us!! Could not have gone through it without her.

I can't say enough good things about Kat and her associates. She made the process of buying a home and relocating from another state as stress free as possible and handled all the negotiations and complications like a pro. She's the kind of person who you feel like you've known for years even though you just met. She was always quick to respond to inquiries and questions and never made me feel like I was bothering her.
