Mark Ives did a fantastic job in explaining all the features of the solar system from Sunrun. Mark was professional and courteous in answering my questions about the project. He guided me through the process efficiently and I was glad to have him as my trusted advisor. He told me that he and other professionals from Sunrun will get all the work done like getting city permits and PG&E okays for our Solar project. This gave me great confidence in the project even though I myself is not a professional in the field.

I strongly recommend Mark Ives for providing guidance to all persons who are interested in getting Solar energy for their homes.

Mark was an excellent repressentative of SunRun who walked me through the process of installing our solar panels, figuring out our energy needs and clearly explaing the costs involved.
He was also available for follow up and answered questions during and after the panels were installed.

In truth Mark and team took care of me. The installation team ... amazing. The paperwork to get it up and running, someone dropped the ball. Yes I would do it all over again. Product works I'm using the sun to power my home Ever thing as promised Thanks Mark you kept your word Amazing that still happens!
