Benson is the best of the best. He did an unparalleled job with helping us look for and buy our new home. From our very first meeting with him, we felt extremely comfortable working with him. He knows the northern Colorado area very well, he has been working with people in the area for a long time and it shows, and on top of that, he is just an incredible person! He was patient with us during our home search, and helped us delineate what we wanted in our future home. We are so excited to be moving into our dream home because of him and would recommend him without reservation to anyone!

We highly recommend Benson for your real estate needs. We have purchased two homes in the Greeley area, and he was extremely helpful beyond what you would expect from a realtor. He truly understood what we were looking for and delivered on our exact wants and needs. He definitely goes to bat for you and is a great negotiator. We also appreciate his great eye for design. We purchased a house and had the basement finish negotiated in and he had some great ideas around the layout that we incorporated. He is very responsive and motivated to help his clients. You can't go wrong with Benson!

Benson was phenomenal for the entire process of selling our first home and buying our second home. He never made us feel pressured, rushed or uncomfortable at all and helped us find the perfect home with EVERYTHING on our list. Our house had offers on it the day it was listed and he negotiated everything to get us into our forever home. He answered any and all questions we had and always was punctual and quick to get ahold of. He truly made the entire process of selling and buying smooth and easy. It is clear Benson truly cares about you and your home needs and goes above and beyond for his clients.

My husband (a custom home builder) and myself (a real estate agent) had the pleasure of working with Benson on a former spec build that we customized / sold to his clients. Benson did a great job keeping us informed of the process. He was in communication with the different people involved in the purchase of our home (salesperson from Richmond American), title companies, mortgage lenders, and our realtor from Montrose. I had complete confidence following through with all parts. He even helped move boxes into our new home.
